Why won't scientist find a way to ingest bleach to kill HIV/AIDS since it can kill those viruses on surfaces?

Check into ozone therapy, it can kill viruses in your blood, it is not used in the US for the most part because it is cheap to administer and has little to no side effects. It is also very safe, in Germany it has been used on 12 million people over the last few decades with only 4 deaths. Find one drug with a better track record! Aspirin kills more people in one year.
