What to do about WV Cps revealing confidential info to co workers?

My neighbor and former friend decided to hold his wife at knife point and beat on her. when she escaped she ran to my apartment for help. he ended up brandishing a knife and trying to kick my door in. I pushed my way out of the house and hit him with a bat. he went to jail out the next day. they get back together the same day hes released and SHE call CPS on my wife and i saying we sell and use drugs (thats gratitude?). Cps ivestigator go to where my wife and i work and because she happens to be dating my supervisor tells him these allegation and he returns tell every co worker there. we both found new employment. What can ido about this slander (she's also called the police 5 times, twice i wasn't even in the state, with accusations ranging from brandishing a knife to destroying her property) Told Cps about their worker and mention ATTy. now there on me like flies on pooh. What to do? Need help quick
