Do you people think old folks should be outlawed to drive ?

i got into 3 accidents in my time due to some old drivers. 1 incident where one old person decides to take a left into my land going about 10 mphs without their blinker on. Don't you think old folks shouldnt be allowed to drive unless they have a youthful hand ? plus they keep tracking going slow and congested due to their slow driving. Do you people also agree on this that old folks shouldnt be allowed to drive ?
