your question is a curious question (It isn't stupid). Prop 8 was an ammendment in California that made marriage legal between a man and a woman. I think that same- marriage should be legalized in all of the United States. Everyone is equal regardless of their age, gender, ual oreintation, ethnic background, physical or mental disability etc.
