Should I sell my 91 Prelude? If so for how much?

It has 127,000 miles. I know they can go a lot longer than that. It seems to burn oil up pretty quickly, but runs really smoothly. I love the car and I still owe $3000. Whether I keep it or not I've been working on a few small rust spots and some trim spots that paint has peeled off. I have recently put 4 new performance tires on it (original 14" wheels), new calipers and other brake work, replaced the oil pan, radiator and all belts and got the A/C working again. The interior is in really good condition and the exterior is good too other than some rust bubbling and some holes from rust around the wheel wells.
