What can I do with bone-in pork stew meat?

I've gotten a hold of about six pounds of pork stew meat and it's a little tough to just cook. Is there anything I can do to make the meat fall off the bone. I've searched the internet and I haven't found any details. If anyone has any suggestions for stews too, that would be wonderful.
