Right/Wrong VS Fairness?

Giving Hitler a running start is fair but it is hardly right. Right and wrong are arbitrary and fairness is situational. Law puts fairness up higher than morality does. That is why religion must be separated from law. Law WOULD give Hitler a running start, and a trial by jury too! Sometimes fairness gives way to right and wrong. That is when law becomes "justice."
