What to do about jealousy towards a best friend?

I have a best friend who is prefect. And I mean perfect. I cannot think of a single thing wrong with him. He is amazing at everything. He is super athletic, healthy and very fit.He is really good at any sport he tries. He could literally get any girl he wanted. He has dated some of the hottest girls in the grade. He gets straight A's. I am usually known as the smart one but he has to go ahead and one up me on that too. This is going to sound materialistic but his family is very wealthy and has a really nice house. Everybody loves him; parents,teachers,ect. Also the worst thing about all of this is that he is extremely modest. I do not think he realizes how perfect he really is. And I know him better than anyone and love him to death but sometimes he it pisses me off to watch him acting modest about everything.He has everything brains,athletics, looks.... I don't know what to do because when I look at him I just get so jealous.
