What's the origin of the story "Wait Until Emmet Comes?"?

I know this story, it was in the Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark books, I can't remember which one. If I could find my copy I'd look in the back because it tells you all about that stuff, but I can't find it. Maybe you could find a copy online?
