What do you think of an employee that hates it when his boss "hovers" over him..?

Almost everybody hates being watched by their boss while they work. That's totally normal. But bosses are just LIKE that. They stand around judging everyone and have no idea how hard it is to perform under those cirstances. It sounds like your dad is kind of overreacting, I mean, I definitely wouldn't advise him to say anything, he'd be better off just doing his job and trying his best to ignore his boss. On the other hand, I used to complain about work and coworkers and SAY I was going to tell people off, and I never did. Sometimes it helps just to let off steam, and hopefully he'll get over it?
