Travel nurses please help!?

How do your companies find your housing? I'm starting up nurse housing in my community. I call the nurse staffing companys send my info and they say thats all they need. But isn't there 2000 other places doing the same thing? I just want to know how they decide which apartment community to use and how I can get them to use mine.
