Should we get the H1N1 vaccine?

My son got the H1N1 vaccine yesterday, he has been tolerating well. Didn't have fever or anything. For me, I would rather have side affects, rather than having my son contract the flu it self. I read that H1N1 causes more problem than the regular flu. In some cases it cause blood clot and pneumonia. My co-worker's child is admitted to the hospital for pneumonia. I just didn't want to take the risk.
