All right, this is a lot of information. In my opinion, it seems like she's playing you a little. She flirts with you, drunk texts you, and pretty much rubs against you any chance she gets. She's into you. I wouldn't text my platonic guy friend "hey cutie ;)" or rub against him like that if I weren't into him. It sort of seems to me like she's waiting for you to make a move. She's not very subtle, but with all this pressure form the outside (your brother and her sister, her brother, etc.), I think she's getting a little impatient. She probably got back together with her ex because she was getting nowhere with you, or maybe she's just really into her ex. My advice if you want to be more than friends is that next time she flirts with you or rubs against you, do something a little risky. Rub back, flirt back, whatever. If she gives it right back to you, even though she's together with her boyfriend, you know something's up. Then again, she might resist and tell you to back off, but from what I've read I don't think she'll care. I predict she'll break up with her ex again sometime soon, and then you can really make your move. And remember, if it doesn't work out, it's not the end of the world. There are other girls out there who will be a lot more straightforward. They'll leave you a little less confused :)
