I have a cable that looks like a cell going through mitosis?

It looks like an power cable for an xbox or a ps2. The whole entire text on it is CCC 2008010105285822 XINHUI 60227 IEC 52(RVV) 2X0.75mm^2 300/300V GB/T5023.5-2008. I type it on google and i get a bunch of chinese pages that don't help. I want to know what type of cable it is. To me it looks like a power cable for a ps2 or xbox. but the cable itself is too narrow. the end that's not the plug in has two roundish looking ends with holes, like a cell going through mitosis. Any Ideas?
