I'm 14 and pregnant, help?

OK, so i know this is greatly irresponsible but im 14 and pregnant :(. im about a month and a half along i guessing. im afraid how to tell my grandma. my mom had me when she was 14 and my gma raised me so i dont want to be another dissapoinment. i need help with ways to tell her.. PLEASE HELP!!
