How is John Boehners policies any different from Bush's policies, tax cuts and outsourcing, it doesn't work!?

For the past thirty years we have given tax breaks for the wealthy and allowed corporations to outsource our jobs for higher profits to cheap foreign labor markets, it has killed off our consumer base (the middle cl) bankrupted the country with piles of debt to boot. Herbert Hoover tried this in the 20's, Ronald Reagan in the 80's and W in the 2000's and all failed, what makes the right wing think that the fourth time is the charm.
