How can I stop eating sugar? It's part of my religion.?

i'm not sure if you joking or not on this but i would look at when sugar became part of the religion and why. if as i suspect this was added at some point to the religion ( refined sugar has only been available or made for less than 100 years) you can opt instead for what the religion used before sugar came along. it probably didn't use anything which is ironic.
