GIRLS: How do you get over a crush?

I know this guy who I'm completely infatuated with. He's a family friend and he recently stood in a debut with me. Before the debut we had seen each other a lot but I would never talk to him because he was kind of intimidating (he's 3 years older and absolutely gorgeous). At the debut something came over me and I just kind of abandoned all of my insecurities. We talked a lot and I found out he was really cool. We share a lot of the same interests and I was really excited about this discovery. Problem is, I don't think he's into me the way I'm into him. So how can I get over him? I've gotten over crushes before because they were based solely on physical attraction but with him its not only his good looks.
