EBAY help!!!! PLease!!?

I dont understand how to calculate how much my shipping and handling will be. Im using the Shipping calculater and i guees im suppose to fill out how much the package and handling fee is wich i have no idea. IM selling a Gamers Fuel bottle its like maybe 2 lbs. I also dont know what shipping service to pick. i wnat the cheapest one> and also how do i set a reserve price?
