The best way to do it would be to bleach it, then wait three to four days to put the other colors in. Strange colors aren't nearly as harmful as bleach, which is very harsh. Putting any dye on bleached hair should wait three or four days so the chemicals have time to be washed away so nothing terrible occurs.
