Are any of these video cards good for gaming or not?

None of those are really good. The Intel cards all suck- Intel only makes low-end cads. The 9300M and 9400M are both integrated cards so they aren't gaming cards but they're better than the Intel ones. The 9600M is a mid-range dedicated card. It's a bit outdated, but it's enough to play pretty much every game out there. The Quadro FX is a workstation card- it's designed for modeling, not gaming.
